Wesley was born in Bangalore, India into an Episcopalian/ Anglican family. At the age of eighteen Wesley committed his life to Jesus. A year later he left India to study at Capernwray Bible School in Canada, and went on to earn a Masters of Divinity at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Campbellsville University and a Doctor of Ministry at Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago. Wesley served as a pastor for eight years in lowa. In 1999 Wesley began evangelistic ministry as a Next Generation Alliance evangelist with Luis Palau. Wesley has worked with hundreds of churches to host city-wide festivals and pastor's conferences in more than 30 countries. In addition to his evangelistic outreaches, Wesley practices as a therapist offering individual, and marriage and family counseling.
Debbie was born in Somerset Kentucky. During a church revival meeting she had a spiritual encounter with Jesus and committed her life to Him. As a teenager she felt the call of God on her life. At college Debbie prepared for a career in nursing and music ministry. Over the years she served alongside Wesley as worship leader. She currently works as a nurse. Debbie is also passionate about marriage and family ministry,
Fueled with a passion for God and strengthening marriages, the Pauls seek to connect people to God through worship events and marriage seminars. The Pauls have two grown children, Ashley and Jonathan, and they make their home in Springfield, Kentucky

In addition to being an international speaker/evangelist, Wesley also works as a psychotherapist at Campbellsville University in Campbesvie, Kentucky.
Wesley is married to Debbie, together they have two children, Ashley and Jonathan. The Pauls make their home in Springfield, Kentucky.
